| NOTES: Illustrations will be framed, shipped and insured by the individual illustrator who may change the image shown to one which reflects the best of their work. Other NYSR illustrators are likely to participate. At least one illustration from each willing NYSR member must be exhibited with every venue to insure equity of representation. Each member may submit a maximum of 2 renderings.
| ILLUSTRATOR NOTES: Please submit the following information when required: 1-Project Name; 2-Client Name; 3-Project Location; 4-Year Completed; 5-Size of Image; 6-Medium; 7-Process Outline (refers to the process of creating your illuatration, for example: hand layout of perspective, transferred to watercolor paper, watercolor).
